Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We kindly request that any cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment:
50% of the consultation fee will be chargedCancellations made on the day of the appointment (less than 24 hours’ notice):
100% of the consultation fee will be charged
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation, as missed appointments impact our ability to accommodate other patients.
Payment and Medical Aid Policy
All payments must be made in accordance with the cancellation and Rescheduling Policy.
Payment may be made via card.
We do not submit claims directly to medical aids.
Patients will receive a receipt which can be submitted to their medical aid for reimbursement, subject to their individual medical aid benefits.
